Clay Browning, CCIM
Clay Browning is a lifetime resident of South Georgia, originally from Quitman, about 15 miles west of Valdosta.
After graduating from Lowndes High School, Clay was the owner operator of a cotton and peanut farming operation from 1997 to 2000 while attending Valdosta State University. In 2001 Clay accepted a position with a regional health care company and served in the position of corporate operations manager until 2005. In 2001, Clay purchased his first residential income property, and quickly realized his passion for real estate. Clay continued to invest in real estate and in 2005 decided to make real estate his full time profession.
Clay has 15 years of experience in real estate, with additional experience as a small business owner, corporate management, and, logistics. Clay Browning has extensive knowledge of the Valdosta area and local economy, that makes him well equipped to understand the needs of commercial clients.
Growing up on a farm just west of Valdosta has given Clay a love for the outdoors and all that South Georgia has to offer. Over the past 30 years Clay has watched Valdosta grow from a small agriculture town into a thriving metropolitan area, and a regional economic and educational hub for South Georgia.
Clay is excited to be a part of the area's promising future, and Clay feels blessed to be a part of an Industry that He is extremely passionate about.
